Lance has recently become interested (obsessed) with Spies. He wants to be a "spy" and plans to conduct "espionage." For reasons obvious only to Lance, he decided these boots and the sport-coat made him look more like a spy. Dressed just so, with a backpack FULL of "spy gear," he was ready to go to school...
